Kastes Planning & Development is a real estate development company specializing in helping non-profit and private organizations create successful real estate projects. The company provides clients with development services throughout all phases of project development - from initial conceptualization through to operations of the finished project.
Kastes Planning & Development is owned and operated by Mr. Wade Kastes. Mr. Kastes has been developing real estate in the public, non-profit, and private sectors for the past 24 years. Since starting his own company in 1991, Mr. Kastes has successfully developed 33 projects with a total capital cost of over $200 million.

May 28, 2009 - Concordia Wellness Projects Inc. (CWPI) announces the start of construction of Concordia Village Phase 3. Once Phase 3 is finished, Concordia Village will consist of 287 assisted living units for seniors. Completion of Phase 3 is expected in the summer of 2010. Kastes has worked with CWPI since 2004 and has guided development of all three phases of Concordia Village plus the adjacent Concordia Hip & Knee commercial building.
December 11, 2009 - Winnipeg Mennonite Seniors Care Inc. (WMSCI) announces initial move-ins to Lindenwood Villa will begin on April 1, 2010. The Villa is the final phase of WMSCI's Lindenwood campus consisting of 214 assisted living units for seniors and 100 life lease 55+ units. Kastes has worked with WMSCI since 2000 and has guided development of all six phases of the Lindenwood campus.
