Kastes Planning & Development is a real estate development company specializing in helping non-profit and private organizations create successful real estate projects. The company provides clients with development services throughout all phases of project development - from initial concept through to operations of the finished project.
Kastes Planning & Development is owned and operated by Mr. Wade Kastes. Mr. Kastes has been developing real estate in the public, non-profit, and private sectors for the past 24 years. Since starting his own company in 1991, Mr. Kastes has successfully developed 36 projects with a total capital cost of over $235 million.

March 2, 2012 - Officials from Sara Riel Foundation and the Manitoba government announce funding for a new 28 unit affordable housing project in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
March 6, 2012 - Construction of Peace Tower - a new 48 unit seven storey affordable housing project in Winnipeg's Chinatown district - approximately 28% complete.
March 10, 2012 - Construction of Place La Charrette - a new 37 unit fully accessible affordable housing project - approximately 75% complete.
